PPO Insurance Accepted
We are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare for sick visits in California. We currently accept PPO plans only; HMO, Medi-Cal, and Medicare plans are not accepted.
Affordable Self-Pay Options
Straightforward pricing is available for uninsured patients, out-of-network plans, and services not covered by insurance.

Virtual Visit

When Telemedicine Isn’t Appropriate
Some conditions require emergency care or an in-person visit.
Urgent or Emergency Conditions
For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe or uncontrolled pain, significant abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, active bleeding, dizziness, fainting, weakness, head injuries, loss of consciousness, seizures, or stroke-like symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Mental Health Emergencies
For suicidal or homicidal thoughts, or any psychiatric crisis requiring immediate intervention, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Complete your forms and payment
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with secure links to complete your intake forms, questionnaires, consent forms, and visit payment.
Meet with your provider
Connect through a secure video appointment or meet with your provider in person, depending on the service scheduled.
Leave with a clear plan
Receive a personalized care plan, which may include prescriptions, laboratory or imaging orders, and follow-up care when medically appropriate.

We bill PPO for sick visits in California
We’re in network with these commercial PPO plans and bill them directly:
HMO plans are not accepted. Copays, deductibles and coinsurance apply.
Self-Pay Options
We offer affordable self-pay rates for patients in California, Nevada, Florida, and Illinois.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Superbills are available upon request.
