Evaluation and prescription treatment for male pattern hair loss where appropriate, sent to your pharmacy.

One $149 consultation covers testosterone, erectile dysfunction and hair loss. Only testosterone therapy has an ongoing monthly plan — for ED and hair loss you pay the consultation, then your pharmacy for the medication.

You can also run labs through Quest Diagnostics, who bill your insurance directly. That claim is between you and the laboratory — our service remains self-pay.
